How do I schedule a seminar?

How far in advance must I schedule the seminar?
Scheduling varies by location and our schedule. Contact us for exact details.

If I schedule the seminar for our travel group, what is my role?
When booking the seminar, we will discuss the agenda and your role. However, your basic responsibilities are to schedule the seminar, notify the group regarding the seminar, and collect RSVPs. We need an estimate of how many will attend each seminar.

Should those who attend bring anything along?
Since there are some products and services that offer discounts to AARP members, it is a good idea to bring along your AARP number.

How do these seminars benefit me as the travel coordinator?
Prepared travelers are self-sufficient and rely less on you. This can make a significant difference in the quality of the trip for the traveler and on your stress level!

Can anyone schedule a seminar or must I be a travel coordinator?
Although we cannot always accommodate all requests for seminars, we will work with you as best we can. You do not need to be a travel coordinator to schedule a seminar.
